Wearing a Sling
Sling position variations
 |
 |
 |
New-peas (Nb to 6 months)
In this laying down position your baby will be able to snuggle up close to your heart. Your movements will soothe your baby right to sleep. |
Wee-peas (4 to 8 months)
When your baby can hold his head up, he will enjoy sitting in the upright position so that he can see more of what’s going on around him. |
Sit-peas (6 months to 35 lbs)
When your baby gets bigger and able to sit up, she’ll enjoy riding on your hip in the sling. You can also wear her as a back-pack. You’ll be hands free and she will too! |
Your baby’s bottom should always be centered on the seam. To adjust the sling to a
snug fit for your baby, fold the top layer of the sling fabric down at your shoulder. As your baby grows, his/her position in the sling changes, not the size of the sling!
